To book or offer tutoring, you must register for an account with accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Treat all users courteously and professionally.
• Provide truthful feedback and reviews.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy of tutors and students.

5. Fees & Payment

All pricing packages are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription any time. Refunds are pro-rated based on unused sessions. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Connect Tutor (text, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Tutor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect Tutor from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
